Learn about Chicago's 10 pizza styles, and discover why there's more to The Windy City than just deep-dish. Learn how pizzas are made, talk to some owners and taste the differences. Expert doughcents will share the history of Chicago pizza as well other interesting tidbits about the neighborhood you're exploring.
