On the day simply show it at the gate or ticket office to gain admission. And what's more your pass is valid for two years from purchase date and only becomes activated with your first attraction visit. So rest assured should your travel plans need to change.

Skydeck Chicago - Willis Tower
Admission with your All-Inclusive Pass includes access to the observation deck for a 360-view of the city as well as access to The Ledge. Located in the world-famous Willis Tower, formerly the Sears Tower. You’ll ride 1,353 feet up to the 103rd floor of the tower and get some of the best views of the city.
